We accept cash, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard (plus 4%) and checks. Contact us for purchasing arrangements.
Any purchases made with checks will render shipping of your item on hold until the check clears our bank. We guarantee our products to last for many years through normal use and stand behind all purchases from Iron Creek Leatherworks. It is the Maker's discretion to repair or replace items if problems with any product arises. All leather products should be cleaned and oiled on a regular basis (we will be happy to suggest products to use).
There are no refunds on custom made items that are specific to your body size (belts, gun belts, chinks, etc.). It is of utmost importance to give us proper measurements before we start any project. If you are not sure if your measurements are correct, we'd be happy to help you make sure prior production begins.
!!! All builds being created with names, initials or anything with letters must be prepaid in full in advance. !!!
NOTICE: Sellers responsibility ceases when goods pass into the hands of transportation company on shipped goods. Claims for damage/loss occurred during shipping must be made to the carrier within 5 days of receiving the package.
Because your products are hand tooled, hand sewn, hand oiled/waxed, flaws, leather discolorations and blemishes may occur. These are all considered leather character and are normal with such processing and production of our products. Leather is a product with naturally occurring scars, brand marks and anything else cattle can come across in the Wild West.
No sale is ever complete until you, the customer, are satisfied.
We do not share, rent or sell any of your information to anyone at anytime! Your confidentiality is important to us. We use your information submitted to us for our own internal purposes, including contacting you and providing yo with information we deem necessary. We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law if necessary.
